Owner + Master Injector

Bianca Paraison, RN, BSN

Owner and Injector Bianca Paraison RN, BSN has 12 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Boston teaching hospital. Her traditional medical experience includes ear, nose, throat, oral maxillofacial, neurosurgery, and cardiac surgery. She broadened her scope of practice to aesthetics in 2016.

After training with the Esthetics Skin Institute as well as industry leaders she brought her advanced nursing and aesthetics skills to her very own practice in Belmont, MA. She has since been a speaker and national trainer for industry leaders such as PDO Max. Her work has been published in Aesthetics Magazine that serves as a reference for other providers.

Here at The Luxe Dose, she specializes in dermal filler, neurotoxin, collagen building injectables, body contouring, and medical grade skincare procedures. Injectables are always paired with anti-aging procedures and skincare. She steers away from quick fixes and trends and focuses on repair, regeneration, and natural enhancements. The goal is always to keep patients looking natural and youthful while achieving their aesthetic goals.

Bianca Gigiello

Bianca is a graduate from Catherine Hines Institute of Aesthetics, graduating from the 1200 hour program in 2021. She has been a licensed aesthetician for two years, specializing in advanced aesthetic treatments, anti-aging treatments, corrective chemical peels, and laser treatments. As an aesthetician, Bianca wants her patient’s to feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. When Bianca works with you, she sets the goal of having result driven procedures and affective treatments. Bianca’s aesthetic work is patient-center driven so everyone’s skincare regimen is customized to the individual skin care needs. She is excited to continue her passion as a Medical Aesthetician and make her patient’s feel satisfied with their skin at The Luxe Dose!
